Westover CrossFit’s 1st Birthday.

Thank you to everyone who turned out for Westover CrossFit's 1st Bithday competition. It was great to see such a good turnout for the event in which they managed to raise £200 for PLANETS Charity.

They held a Men's and Women's competion starting with each sex competing in 3 WOD's to decide the top competitors in each category. The top 3 then went into the final where they took place in one last WOD to decide the ultimate winner, Fittest Man and Fittest Woman.

A huge congratualtions to everyone who took part but especially to the Men's final winner: Rob Mansell and the Women's final winner: Jodi Hooper.

Westover CrossFit would also like to thank all of the people who came out to support the competitors and generated a great atmosphere, a very successful day was had throughout.
