Want to enhance your workout or try something new? Then head for The Studio...Our motivational and experienced instructors will get you where you want to be and be with you every step of the way!
Group exercise can be a very important part of fitness programme. Attending classes as well as the gym will keep your programme varied and interesting as well as providing you with motivation when you are feeling less inspired!
The Studio is for both men and women with classes to suit all tastes and levels of fitness. For a dynamic taste of the East, experience the energy of martial arts with Muay Thai, find your mind/body accord through the Yoga discipline, or try Body Balance, a class designed to relax, ‘centre’ and strengthen.
For a more high energy option; aerobics or bike-based Spinning are certain to get your heart pumping! Or, find your rhythm and free your body with a fun ZUMBA dance workout.
If resistance training is more your thing, then Pump it up with some high-rep weight training in the complete workout Body Pump (no coordination required!) or train your ‘powerhouse’ in the half hour CORE ESSENTIALS blast for your complete core muscles. Along a similar theme, is the ever popular non-impact class, mat-based Pilates using fluid movement alongside controlled breathing to improve coordination, muscle strength and postural alignment.
The aerobics studio upstairs is built on a fully sprung floor for your safety and our programme is designed so that a broad selection of classes are on at times that will suit you.
