Trustee Recruitment - new additions

We are delighted to announce that the Trustee Recruitment process has now concluded, and the Board is pleased to welcome two new Trustees who will complement our existing team:
• Owen Bliss
Owen was a member of the Club as a child and has recently rejoined as a parent. A qualified accountant with a strong financial background, Owen began his career in investment banking and now serves as Group Financial Controller for a local care provider. He is passionate about contributing to the West Hants story, ensuring future families enjoy our excellent facilities and helping to nurture the next generation of local champions.
• Matt Annen
Matt first joined the Club at the age of seven and has remained closely involved ever since, particularly in tennis, and more recently padel. His family has been part of West Hants for over 50 years! Matt is a Chartered Town Planner and has already played a key role in securing planning permissions for major developments at the club, including the bubbles and new padel courts.

The Board is excited to work with Matt and Owen, whose expertise and passion will further strengthen our leadership team.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Independent Trustee Advisory Committee for all their help and guidance throughout this process.
Finally, we would like to thank all applicants for their interest. The level of response was outstanding and reflects the commitment of our members to driving the Club forward.
