Member Survey Results
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our latest member survey earlier in the summer. Your insights are invaluable, and we’re already using them to shape the future of the Club.
Here are a few key highlights from the survey:
- 83% rated their overall Club experience as Good or Excellent.
- 86% gave our staff a Good or Excellent rating.
- 97% would recommend the Club to friends and family.
Top requests included more fitness classes, reviewing the time of day we open bookings, and app functionality but we did receive many more suggestions and our Management Team have read through them all.
We always , whether it's praise, suggestions, or constructive criticism. We strive to keep improving and always try our best to make the Club a great place for our members and their guests.
New Term, New Courses and Timetables
With the new term beginning, it’s the perfect time to reset your routine or try something new whether it's Reformer Pilates or one of our racket sessions! Many of our popular Studio classes return too after a short pause in August. Keep scrolling to find out more about the new Hi-30 and Spin classes and instructors!
At time of sending, we still had some availability but places are filling up fast, so we recommend securing your place online or speak to our Reception Team today.
Tennis Club Sessions Are Back - Saturday has a new time!
Our friendly match-play Club sessions return from Thursday 11th September. All skill levels are welcome — it’s a great way to meet other members and enjoy the game in an informal setting.
Please note:
- Thursday Nights return with the same format; two sessions at 6.30pm or 7.30pm. Bookings open on the day at midday, on the app or via Reception. You are guaranteed an hour's play.
- Saturday Afternoons are back but earlier - 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Simply turn up on the day and you are welcome to stay for the two hour session.
Courtesy reminders - Gym etiquette and Padel hours
- Gym - To keep things running smoothly for all everyone please avoid using mobiles in the gym and do not occupy equipment while not actively using it. A little courtesy goes a long way in keeping the space welcoming and efficient for all.
- Padel - A reminder that members are permitted to play a maximum of 4 hours of padel per week (Mon-Sun). This is inclusive of member arranged play, club sessions, and individual lessons. This helps ensure fair access to courts for all, especially during peak times.
