We are looking forward to some new fitness sessions in January!
First of all we would like to welcome the very smiley Fara to our team - she will be teaching a brand new class in the studio, Booty Bootcamp on Tuesdays at 8.50am. Fara will lead you through this specific workout which will strengthen your glutes, upper legs, and core.
Due to popular demand, we also have:
- a new Barre session on Tuesdays at 5.45pm with Anita.
- new Spin sessions on Tuesdays at 10.35am and Wednesdays at 7.50pm, both with Lucy.
- Multi-SkillZ course for children aged 6-11.
- Tai Chi and Ballet Fit short courses.
- a Kettlebell workshop hosted by Winchester Spine Centre.
Our new timetable starts on 3rd January but, remember, you can book studio classes a week in advance. Courses are available to book now at Reception and, at time of writing, there was still some availability!
