Important - New entry gates now in use
We are pleased to announce our new entry gates are now fully installed.
There are two gates, both allow entry and exit, and they are designed to improve security and give you a smoother access experience at the Club.
There are some key points about the new system, to ensure correct and safe use, so please kindly note:
- You will need to use your membership card, keyring or phone disc on entry AND exit. Replacement cards, keyrings or phone discs are available to purchase for £3 at Reception if you forget or have lost yours.
- One person may go through at a time. "Tailgating" (following someone directly through) is not permitted for safety and security reasons and an alarm will sound if this happens.
- When tapping your card, please stand clear of the gate pillars. We have indicated this position on the floor on entry to the Club so please look for this line.
- Parents with children aged 11 or under, please stop at Reception for instructions on how you can access the Club safely with your children.
- Children aged 12+ are entitled to a membership card so please stop at Reception to arrange this if you have not been issued with one previously.
- All guests and visitors must now report to Reception on arrival and exit.
