Did we cancel an event you had booked?

We made the difficult decision to cancel some of our festive events and we thank those concerned for their understanding and support.  In relation to the events we cancelled, please note the following information regarding refunds:  

• 16th December, Coaches Doubles - a full refund will be issued.
• 17th December, Paul Walker Sings Swing & Jazz - a full refund will be issued.
• 19th December, Children's Christmas Disco - a full refund will be issued.
• 20th December, Coaches Doubles - a part-refund of £10 per person will be issued because part of the event went ahead.

How to collect your refund

• Please speak to Reception in person when you next visit or call 01202 519455. 
• Refunds will be made to the original payment source so if you paid by card please use the same card when claiming your refund.
• We are unable to issue credit or transfer payments to another event.

An update on our Kitchen
Further to last week's email, we do have a small team of chefs in place so this week we are able to serve food during the following times.  Please ask the Bar Team or check our boards for the latest information.

• Tuesday-Thursday, 12pm-5.30pm - Limited menu, including specials and children's menu.
• Christmas Eve, 9am-2pm - All day Breakfast menu plus specials available 12pm-2pm.

We're working hard to keep us all safe
Our team continues to follow and encourage Covid-secure practices and we ask all members to support us. Please continue to practice standard social distancing and together we can keep our Club as safe as possible.
