Club News including an update on September fees

 

We have some Club updates to share with you! 

 
September Subscriptions
 
For those whose fees have had “Covid-credit” applied (from lockdown-one), for the majority of members this has now been repaid and therefore your monthly subscription will return to the normal fees from 1st September 2021. We would like to thank those who were able to continue supporting us during this pandemic – it is hugely appreciated by the entire West Hants team.
 
 

Your Guests and our Social Facilities
 
We love to welcome your guests whenever possible. It’s more important than ever to keep track of visitors so we are introducing “Social Guest Passes” with immediate effect. These are free and must be completed each time you bring a friend for a drink or bite to eat.  If they wish to use our facilities, Guest Passes for these purposes can be purchased at Reception on the day.  Members must always accompany their guests. 
 
 

Junior Tennis Courses - Bookings now open
 
Our Autumn Term Junior programme is now confirmed!  Course bookings must be made online so click here to see what’s on offer and secure your place! 

 
Do you use our Creche?
 
A polite reminder that, out of consideration to others, our Creche Team are unable to accept children who are unwell. Additionally, we ask that members also refrain from using the Club if they are ill (even if testing negative for Covid) out of courtesy to fellow members and staff.

Once again, thank you for your ongoing co-operation and patience as we move further along through the current pandemic. Please be reassured that we continue to follow the Government guidelines and are committed to providing a safe environment for all at the Club.
