You're 20 minutes away from post-workout, endorphin charged, happy feelings! Get moving with Jo W's awesome TABATA ("not ciabatta"!) inspired full body workout. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds. Spend 5 minutes with Jo as she talks you through the routine and then go for it!
