Pilates (2) with Anita - 50 mins

Full routine Pilates class with warm up and stretches sutable for everyone wanting to restore optimal range of movement and strength around the shoulders and hips, and stability through their core.  This class is suitable for all, including pregnant ladies who exercised regularly pre-pregnancy.

 

Equipment required if possible: theraband/resistance band, mat and/or block.

Filmed at 29 weeks pregnant, Anita is a qualified and extremely experienced instructor. This workout is not aimed specifically at pregnant ladies who are not used to regular exercise.

Please note the workouts and classes we are sharing online during the period of Club closure are intended for those who are fit and healthy.

 

If you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury, we recommend you seek medical approval before participating.
