➖Roll Downs⠀
➖Cat & Cow⠀
➖Thread The Needle & Rotation⠀
➖Child Pose & Puppy Dog⠀
➖Cobra & Down Dog⠀
➖Reverse Lower Back Rotations⠀
➖Lower Back Rotations⠀
➖Chest Openings & Circles⠀
➖Knee Hugs & Pelvic Tilts⠀

Complete each movement until desired or until your joints feel loose and warm.⠀
