Salsa Tutorials with Jane - 15 mins

Join the amazing Jane as she takes you through some uplifting Salsa steps to help you combine fitness and dancing!  Jane's classes thrive on music ("dancing is joyful") so after her tutorial, she highly recommends turning on your favourite tracks at home to practice the moves.  Scroll down to view the second tutorial, where Jane puts your moves to music!
