Smiley instructor Fara demonstrates moves from her popular Booty Bootcamp class - these should keep you working hard for around 20 minutes!. Fara recommends warming up before and cool down afterwards - if you need inspiration for this, we've a included a stretch from Sandra below too.
Fara says, "Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Time for some booty workouts at home. All we need is:⠀⠀
- 2 bottles of water (or wine [��] )⠀⠀
- Resistance band to get the maximum effect but not essential⠀⠀
- A mat if you have one⠀⠀
•Squat to curtsy lunge 3 x 12 reps ⠀⠀
•Squat jump 3 x 12 reps⠀⠀
•Thruster 3 x 15 reps⠀⠀
•Criss cross squat jump 3 x 12 reps⠀⠀
•Banded crab walk 3x 20⠀⠀
•Squat abduction 3x 30 reps⠀⠀
•Glute bridge 3 x 20⠀⠀
•Single leg glute bridge 3 x 20⠀⠀
