Body Pump with Maxine - 30 minutes

Get lean and toned in this Body Pump session led by our encouraging instructor/PT Maxine (two videos, each containing shorter sequential clips).  Workout with high repetition moves and weight resistance. If you don't have weights, you could use water bottles, cartons, or tins - Maxine explains in her introduction how best to use these.
