What’s on and how to join in

Not a member or looking for something else?  We have 35+ workouts available for all to enjoy so click here and take your pick!  We are passionate about health and fitness and love sharing our knowledge with friends old and new.




How do I sign up?  To join our experienced instructors for the above classes, check your email every Friday as we'll send you registration details for the following week. 


Do I have to keep my camera on? We recommend this but it is entirely your choice. You will still see the instructor if your camera is off. Many members keep their cameras on but "pin" the instructor to get a clear view of the movements.


My favourite class isn't on your online timetable...Online creates a few challenges for us but our timetable delivers a good range of classes, six days a week, so why not try something new!  If the timings don't suit, remember we have 35+ pre recorded classes on our website, accessible at any time.


It's not the same as being AT the Club...It's hard to beat that in-person experience but our online classes will get you moving, raise your endorphin levels and you'll probably spot a familiar face!


I don't normally attend classes, is this for me? Our online classes are for all members. No experience is needed, you can go at your own pace so why not register and give it a try!


I have limited space at home and no equipment...You only need a small space to join in and several of our classes require no equipment at all. For those that do require weights, members have found alternatives by using water bottles, cans, and even books.
