Come and join our structured Strength & Power and Speed sessions every Monday and Wednesday, run by Steve Legg. Steve is a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, Post Grad S&C, and REPS 4 Personal Trainer who specialises in sports performance and explosive power training.
