West Hants Supporting The Jigsaw Appeal in 2010

The West Hants Club is delighted to announce that their chosen charity for 2010 will be The Royal Bournemouth Hospital's Jigsaw appeal. This year the Jigsaw appeal has launched a campaign to raise £1.5 million for the Women's Health and Cancer Unit by 2012. The Women's Health team of consultants and nursing colleagues are excited at the prospect of transforming the experience of women who are referred for breast, gynaecological and related problems and hope to:
- Achieve a shorter 'patient journey'
- In a reconfigurated space, which will be more comfortable and 'state of the art' and mostly in one location and will offer the privacy for patients that it struggles with currently.
