Personal Training:

Personal Training works for some people when other methods of training have failed, the main reason for this is 'Motivation'. When your training regime hits a plateau and training methods become uninspiring and boring you need to invest in a Personal Trainer. You will be encouraged and pushed to the levels necessary for your body to respond positively.

Your trainer will devote their full attention to you, providing encouragement ensuring that every session is safe and effective as possible. You will be taken through a structured exercise routine building on past achievements and the limits you can reach are far greater than you could ever imagine.

Your workout sessions will be fun, not only because you are working out with someone, but will also be introduced to a whole new world of training. Over time you will learn a huge number of fresh, fun and effective exercises which you can use on your own once you are competent to do so.

The fact that the sessions are supervised means that you will experience more superior results than you would if you were to exercise by yourself and because you are paying for it, you are more likely not to miss a session.

Everyone from 8 to 80 is an athlete, including individuals who simply want to be in better physical condition.

Mat-Based Pilates

Mat-based Pilates is the most popular form of Pilates and is performed on the floor focusing on strengthening the trunk, hip muscles and increasing the flexibility of the spine and hips. When performing mat-based Pilates, gravity and body weight provide the resistance. Recently, Pilates exercises have been combined with other techniques such as Yoga and the use of an exercise ball in order to provide a greater variation in the number of exercises.

NLP / Health Coaching

These sessions are designed to rid yourself of limited beliefs or emotions and to build the mindset to achieve anything you desire. Contact Lee Vallely at the Club for more information.
